Delivery:

Bride Center aims to ship all orders within 3-5 business weeks of purchase.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $1000 within the United States.

For orders under $1000, standard shipping rates apply, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

Customers can also choose expedited shipping options at an additional cost.

Return:

Bride Center understands that sometimes items may not meet your expectations.

If you wish to return your purchase, please do so within 15 days from the date of delivery.

The item(s) must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@bridecenter.com to receive a return authorization number.

Ship the item(s) to the address provided on the Bride Center’s website, and make sure to include the return authorization number on the package.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

The return shipping and handling fees are 60% of the purchase price.

Once the item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not accept returns for final sale items, personalized items, or items that have been altered.
